Sign Up for Ingenix Transaction Exchange Services
This guide will walk you step by step through the sign up process for Ingenix Transaction
Exchange clearinghouse services.
In order to begin you’ll need to:
Have organization information available, such as: Tax ID, Group NPI, Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, etc.
Determine who the organizations account administrator will be.This individual’s
contact information will need to be submitted as part of the sign up process.
Decide which Transaction Exchange services to sign up for.
Have an authorized individual electronically sign the contract.
Decide on method of payment for selected services (credit or check) and have that payment information on hand.
Be prepared to enter physician information, including names and NPI numbers.
